Who We Are
Anuragini is a leading nonprofit organization working since 1996 with a steadfast commitment to social justice, gender equality, and sustainable development. We were born out of a need to combat poverty, marginalization, and underdevelopment in rural, semi-urban & urban regions of Uttar Pradesh.
For over two decades, we have been empowering women, children, farmers, and vulnerable communities through a diverse portfolio of impactful programs—ranging from education and skill development to health, environment, and climate resilience.
In response to emerging global and national priorities, Anuragini focuses on waste management, environmental sustainability, and carbon credit-linked community models, aligning our work with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our initiatives promote circular economy practices, local green entrepreneurship, and ecological restoration, ensuring that communities are not only uplifted socially but are also active participants in climate action.
Our approach is deeply participatory, inclusive, and driven by community ownership—because true transformation begins from within.
